Materials sold are guaranteed to the extent of the purchase as follows: if seed, purity and germination are warranted to be as described on the tag or label, within the recognized tolerances. Trees, grass, sod and grass sprigs are guaranteed to be in sound, live condition upon delivery to the customer or carrier and we guarantee that 90% of any trees are true to variety. We warrant that Certified turfgrasses were grown under the supervision and auspices of the Georgia Crop Improvement Association; therefore, we make no additional warranty as to varietal purity. We do not guarantee suitability, survival or performance, and make no other or further warranties, express or implied. |

Credit applications may be obtained by calling us at (800) 255-0928. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for approval of credit. Unless credit has been approved, all sales are on a cash or credit card basis. We accept checks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All overdue Super-Sod & Super-Sod Trees accounts are subject to 1.5% per month service charge, plus the cost of collection. No sales are made to customers whose accounts are 30 days past due. We reserve the right to cancel credit at any time. A minimum of $30.00 will be charged for any returned checks. * Open account balances may also be paid by any of the credit cards listed above. |

You are welcome to pick up your orders from the nursery or the sod farm during business hours. Please be sure to phone ahead so that we will be available to assist you with your order. * Due to the fact that we are a wholesale nursery, we ask that you not send your unaccompanied retail customers or clients to Super-Sod Trees. We welcome "walk-in" retail sod customers at Super-Sod Farm, however, we recommend they call before coming. Please bring suitable coverings for your open trucks and trailers. |

We make deliveries of Trees and Sod via our own trucks to most locations within 250 miles of Orangeburg, South Carolina. All rates are based on full truckloads. * Super-Sod Trees can arrange delivery of partial loads by combining more than one order on a truck. Any order that is not a full truckload will be charged a $30.00 drop fee in addition to the delivery charge. Please have adequate help on hand to unload your order in a timely manner. For every hour our driver is delayed, there will be a $50.00 charge. |
